Unitforce seeks primarily to establish itself as the Main or Principal contractor within a project in order to establish and maintain the tight control and supervision essential for the success of any project.
Typically we are pleased to enter into a negotiated contract with our clients on a Design & Build basis or undertake works won on a competitive tender.

Small Building Works
Unitforce Construction has primarily built its main core business and reputation by providing clients with a first class service in the area of small civil works and building works.
As a company, we will undertake the smallest of jobs, no matter what size with the same degree of professional care and commitment as any of our larger works.
Small works are generally regarded by ourselves as any works up to circa £100 K in contract value.
